14 discs of farcical hilarity to look forward to.
Most of the second series are unavailable though. I guess due to the BBC wiping the fackin' tapes.

Multi-region your player. 'Tis easy enough, or have you got a Blue-Ray player Dave?
I understand that HD & Blue-Ray players, although able to play normal DVDs, are not easy to hack, to make them 'multi-region'.

There was a show near me recently, it was a stage version of 3 episodes of dad's army, 2 of the lost ones and the famous "don't tell him pike" episode. The show was very well done with good write ups (i didn't go) and had leslie grantham as the spiv. From the pics I saw the actors were chosen for their skills as well as looks as the cast were spookily close to the real deal. I'm not sure if it toured but worth seeing if you can - or did you?

The feature length film of Dads Army used our village High Street as the main road for Walmington on Sea.
