Reading the DMF board, I've been surprised at number of Desmosedicis that are in stock at US dealers.

I'd love to see one, just to drool.

Anyone know if there are any (or likely to be any) in stock to view in the UK?

They're rubbish, noisy and so common cos there's suppose to be around 1500 being produced. We even had one join us on a ride out a few weeks back. Scotty, Yorkie and me kept up with one for miles so they aren't that fast - yeh right!

Yeah, they're everywhere! there were 2 at Pro-Twins on Saturday apparently. At least one member of this club has one. Not sure whether Marco will be buying one though.

Don't do what a friend of another Desmo owner did and throw it down the road.

Apparently the bill for the visible damge (before it was stripped) has been assessed at £15,000!

Worse still the owner will not have it back in one piece for many months due to a shortage of replacement parts.
