Picture Help!

Can someone explain in words of less than one syllable , how to download a picture to a thread . Every time I have tried , I get told the picture is too big. The files are in Photoshop elements

Please bear in mind I have no idea what I am doing !

1) resize your image you can do that by clicking image on the top bar then resize to about 500 pixels wide
2) when you save the pic use the "save for web" option (about half way down the "file" drop down menu.
3) use the option "jpeg medium" option and that should about do it.

Best option is Photobucket or similar - you can just copy a link in and get full size images (plus it saves us server space!)

Which option should be chosen on photobucket, there seems to be 2 or 3?

once you upload your pic use the img tag just copy and paste it to your thread on here and tadaa
