Hi - does anyone know how much a bike garage is likely to charge for this on a 620 or 695 Monster?
:spin:

Speak nicely to the boys at Moto Rapido in Winchester - they can sort you out the necessary paperwork at a very reasonable charge. 01962 877998

i thought you were doing your direct access Halina?
I wouldn't restrict a bike unless you're doing the standard test and have to

Hi - was going to do DAS but more i think of it the more confident i might be taking my test on my own 125...going to assess it when i go for my first days riding..they have said i cant try a 500 out when i get there..(got 2 days training then test on day 3)..will see ....

Halina the 500 will be easier to ride than the 125, the steering lock will be easier and the bike itself much better balanced. Go for your full test, then you don't need to worry about restrictors.

I definitely agree with that. I was the same Halina and wanted to take my test on a 125, but on the instructor's suggestion had a go on a 500 after doing the CBT and found it easier to ride. Haven't sat on a 125 since

just worried about height really - when i did my CBT i sat on a 500 and it just felt really high....
i have emailed them anyway and they have said they are happy for me to try out the 500 on the day..:)

yeah, you should defo give it a go. I did my test on a kawasaki er5 and I think they have a really low seat, but having said that I'm 6'3"
