For all of those on here who have suffered the dreaded hole in the headlamp glass, a cheap cure (before it get's holed) is to get a sheet of perspex & some clear double sided tape from B&Q.
Cut it out & stick it on your headlamp glass, works a treat, I have had them on our bikes for 12 months now & they havn't come loose or fallen off, saves the aggro of buying & fitting a new glass.
