View Full Version : Porblem with the Jmo Chop kit!

I cant ride pillion!. The number plate rubs against the wheel. What can i do?

I've got the suspension jacked right up and on the hardest setting.

Any help much appreciated. Want to bring a friend to the Goodwood breakfast. Hes thinking of getting a monster :)

Just need a way to move the numberplate a bit further away from the rear tyre, maybe a couple of bits of tube attached to the back of the frame just under the back light would do it... (not really helping I know).

or bend it up a bit more

If you used the original number plate holder like Jen suggests, you can mount the number plate higher up, right under the rear light.

Or lose some weight.

lol i think the conclusion was to eat less. lol

I used the JMo chop kit, and I carry my other half on the back a fair amount around speed bump crazy essex, not had a problem with it.
