Tail Chop end plugs

Does any know where I can get a set of end plugs for a tail chop?

I used a set of plastic bar end plugs that I had lying around spare

I'm sure you can also get a plastic plug from B&Q's, Homebase etc.. that does the job quite well. I think JMO used them on her tailchop kits?
