Help Please - Changing Yokes

hey hey - more mod time.....


First of all a big thanks to singletrack for me bottom yoke which has now enthusiastically been filled smooth by my own bare hands and sent for powder coat..........

now could someone please talk me through how to go about swapping my bottom yoke over? and do i need any special tools??????
Or would there possibly be someone out there who would be willing to hands on help me and talk me through it?

You will need a special tool to remove the headstock nut.
Are you replacing the bearings?

May I recomend you to download the workshop manual, lots of pics drawings as well as instructions.
