S4R bars torque settings?

Hi there,

I have changed my S4 bars for conventional S4R bars.

The Ducati manual I have is sh*te and the bars came with no instructions, what are the torque settings for the 4 bolts that clamp the bars to the top yoke? Are they all the same?

Top yoke pinch bolts
8mm thread 20-25 Nm
10mm thread 35-38Nm

Handle bar clamp bolts
Monster models 22-27Nm
