Help from Computer techies... PLEASE!!!!

I have just had a computer crash and have had to reinstall so I have lost a lot of stuff.

I used to have a program which I used to resize things inside my browser. Does anyone know what it is and where I can find it again?

Also I had a picture resizing program ...can anyone help with this ?

Back up, get a cheapo second drive and use it to mirror the stuff you'd rather not loose.
If your resizing images that appear in your browser rather than resizing a picture thats on your drive then Firefox and web developer extension will zoom or reduce images, also zoom in and out of pages.
