The joy of the holiday season sometimes makes one wax nostalgic about old family traditions.
One of ours is the angel on top of the Christmas tree.
So now, thinking about the symbolism of the season, an angel is someone who presumeably made it to heaven, and any good
fundamentalist Christian will tell you that you must be a born again Christian to get to heaven, and angels are sexless, neutered by God I presume.
So an angel is a dead neutered fundamentalist Christian, and
every year we shove a tree up it's ass.
