That was a 69 at our local chinese! Has to be Honk Kong style sweet and sour. Prefer Kung Po Chicken, prefer hot stuff. Anyway the bike doesn't look bad at all, wonder how long it lasts before bits fall off and how long you have to wait when they do.

give it another 10 years and japan will be worried

the japanese have already lost their biggest and most profitable market the under 200cc basic transport sector

china is only copying what japan did 40 years ago

and the only way Japan will be able to compete, will be to lower their prices, to be competitive

They're Korean, the comapny also produces some motors for a jap bike major already but the engines they use are their own design. Not bad considering how short a time they've been producing their own brand bikes.

I saw a factory in Korea that made replica 1800cc Harley engine and gearboxes for after market companies , 1000 engines a week.

Some use Jap engines brewed under licence so to speak, think Hyosung use Suzukis. When I was looking for my fiirst bike we looked at them because they were so cheap but the aftermarket bit wasn't very good. My little Honda 125 was on an 03 plate but had 1986 on the frame so it was a very late import apparantly but I've seen the same bikes everything including paintwork exactly the same on newer plates but with a different name on so I guess a new company has taken over the licence.
Somebody said the metal is alot cheaper on the Chinese bikes, but I guess they will get that sorted. After all the Japanese sussed it a few years ago and they've done rather well.
