Gel battery

Hi peeps and enquiry. I have a gel battery on s4 as its lay flat over engine and my 748 one is a bit duff as it wont start now.:thumbsdown:

Anyone got any idea if it will fit or know of price against acid filled ones.Help much appreciated as I want to get her motd before summers out for good.:hissy:

You cannot fit an acid battery to S4 must be gel type as it lies on its side , or you will get acid all over the bike.

about £57 for a good one Yuasa etc

Do you mean will the battery fit the 748? I bought a gel battery of ebay for my 748 without checking the size first, DOH. When it arrived it was much smaller but with a bit of 'califudgin' i fit it and so far no probs.

Yes Im talking about the 748 having a gel battery. I dont like acid battreys

Gel batteries can be obtained in all sizes for many different bikes.
