That's right, I've got a new bike and I'm bringing it to Mallory on Friday. Come over and say hi, you might even get a go. I won't reveal what it is yet but here's a clue - it's Magic. And it's been signed by Corser, Hopper, and JT. It's in the fastest colour too - pale lime green.

Yes I did Nat. Sorry to take so long getting back to you but I've been waiting on Deano letting me know when the van is gonna be ready. The problem is that the van currently has a partition halfway up the van to separate the front from the back. As it is you won't get a bike in the front half as he has built a bed, seating, cupboard etc., although the new mean machine may just snuggle in there. Deano reckons you can get 3 bikes in the back, side by side, 2 facing forwards and 1 backed in, but I reckon it's going to be too tight, and I don't want to scratch my Monster, or your track bike (don't care too much about the DD bike). If I could have got the van tomorrow I would have spent the evening taking out his woodwork and we would have had loads of space, but it's looking more likely to be Thursday in which case I won't have time. So, unless things change dramatically, I reckon it's a no at the moment. Sorry.

Answer my own question, No.
Vanvan has spoked wheels.

No, its nearly 7 years old, but only got 2000 miles on it. It's been used as a paddock bike for the last few years, and that's all I want it for. It's road legal with MOT and tax though. Not sure I'd want to ride it on the road. It's weeny.

Unfortunately none of it is having any effect on my race results.:spin: I am enjoying myself though. I see it more as an investment really. Most of the stuff I has bought have been well priced and I should hopefully get back most of my outlay if/when I retire. Anyway, it's racing. It's supposed to cost a little money. And the race truck is really an old Sprinter which I can put through the business and use for the occasional delivery.
The pit bike is a necessity really. At Mallory I had to walk from our hospitality tent all the way to the toilets.

"And - get a clue - Suzuki Street Magic" :freak: wierd ad campaign that was. Drove me crazy watching Eurosports 500GP's

and I don't want to scratch my Monster, or your track bike

Just wrap a cargo strap around his bike and drag it up behind you on it's side :look:

Keabs - thinking of ways to even up the performance differential....

That was a but of a struggle! Must have been all of, oh, tweny five yards!!! Each way of course . . .

Be nice to have though, they're really handy!

I rather like those Honda Zoomer things! Pit bikes, pints of milk, getting the take away instead of waiting for the delivery!! ALl good stuff - this is looking increasingly professional!!!

I really wanted a Zoomer but they are still too new to be cheap enough. Maybe next year. One of the other guys has a Street Magic so maybe we can have races round the paddock. There's a big bore kit and other performance mods available but I must resist the temptation.

Even I couldn't justify spending that much on a bike to travel to the loo on! But it's yellow you say. Hmmm.

wouldn't take long to blow up would it. Now I could spend hours inflating Andie MacDowell.

George Whites in Swindon. Had a look on their website but can't see any Zoomers.
I was after one on Ebay, it was all done up in Camo colours. Went for about £1200 though.
