I am flying out from Liverpool airport later in the month to WDW 2007 with a bunch of customers of Ducati Leeds.

I booked myself into the Holiday Inn Expresss. Does anyone know how far that is from the terminal?

My flight is at 6am so need to get to the terminal at around 4am. Is it a short walk?

Tried to call the hotel but the number on the website is constantly engaged.

It's about 1 mile away. There is a shuttle service but I am not sure if it runs 24 hours.
Taxis cost about a fiver.

Does anyone know if you can get to that hotel from Liverpool Lime Street station other than a taxi?
