I'm in need of a couple of relays (at least, I think) so I'd like to know where the best (cheapest) place is to get them. Somewhere online or just a regular bike shop that will post them out to me. I'm not fussy, just so long as they will last as long as can be expected on one of these Italian beasts.

I need the side stand relay and the starter relay. Hopefully wherever I go to will know what the respective part numbers are and will sort me out with the right ones. (I'm not sure if the relays changed with different models of bike y'see  ).

BTW, the bike is a '51 plate 600 Monster.

The ignition & sidestand relays only used to cost about £6 from a dealer. May have gone up a bit now but still not that expensive TBH

I need the side stand relay

disconect the side stand cut out altogether would be simpler cheaper and one less thing to go wrong in the future

I agree with Garry the price is good from Ducati Dealers.
Also the "starter relay" is a bit special as it is a 40a relay - larger than the standard car 20a one. - so may be safer from a Ducati dealer

...if you double post at least read the answers

I did read your answer on the DSC site but this thread had no replies when I posted that one. Plus there's always a chance different responses will come from different forums, hence the 'double post' as you put it.
