Could you give an address that donations can be sent to for the folks that won't be attending UKMOC events. Also, who should cheques be made payable to?

I wonder if ITV will televise Billy's lap in their coverage.

To cute for words!

Terry it was suggested that we could also raise money for Vista by asking fir a suggested £5 donation to take the Hyper motard out at the track day?
What do you think?

I think we should charge for all the demo bikes

There was a TV program about Billy Baxter last night on Men and Motors. It was called "Riding Blind". It covered his attempt to break the land speed record for a blind person. He's seems like a really good bloke, extremely passionate about bikes.

I've just checked the Men and Motors website, it's repeated at 12.30 this afternoon, then again at 3.30pm. Sorry about the short notice, but it will probably be shown again sometime.

Sadly, his record attempt was not on a monster, it was on a Kawazaki Ninja. Boooo!

I seem to have missed the original thread, but I saw this on Men and Motors to, it was amazing and somewhat inspirational!

Julie, please PM me an address to make a donation to and who the cheque should be made payable to.
