Replacing the cam belt tensioner bearings

Do you replace them at every cam belt change?

Only change them if they are knackered,

To check, turn them slowly with finger-tip, any 'roughness' indicates worn

Also, clean any 'belt deposits' off outer edge, so that the belts run on a clean and smooth surface
