S4R temperature gauge fault?

I know, serves me right for buying watercooled!
Can anyone tell me where the sensor for the water temp gauge on an S4R is located? My gauge is showing ---- rather than the usual figures. reading other threads on the subject (yes I do use the search facility!), It may be a loose connection unless anyone has any other ideas.

Found the sensor! the downloadable parts catalogues from the Ducati website with exploded diagrams are very helpful.

Now how do I go about finding where the fault is?:scratch:

I'm sorry, but this is just typical of the Monster aparthied system that is all too apparent in this club. We watercooled members are a minority that is discriminated against time and time again. I'm sure the Labour Government must have introduced legislation at some point to ban such narrow-minded attitudes and when I find it...............
