I was thinking about these for that cool 'open' look, but worried about the belts being so exposed - what are your thoughts?

I know a guy with a belt drive harley, went thru two rear belt drives within a week
potential cost / engine damage of a belt going on a ducati is a lot higher

I'm with Shandy. Stone under belt causing it to slip = large repair bill!

I saw a 1000 sport classic at the DSC boxhill meet wearing a set. Thought they looked crap, and a very expensive way of giving your belts feck all protection.

I agree with the others, could be a very expensive mod in the long term.
Cut yours open and put plexi in them, still sealed and safe.
