Just gleaned this little bit of info from this months Bike Magazine:
"The Association of Chief Police Officers have published a new Motorcycle Enforcement Strategy which says common-sense judgement on dark visors and small plates should be taken rather than hard-line prosecution. Wearing dark visors during the day will not lead to prosecution and a plate must be unreadable from 20m before action is taken by an officer".
I thought you all might want to know. :D
