Quieter cans..?

I know it's madness, as Ducatis are meant to be loud, I've got a set of custom straight-thru cans that look and sound great, but shatter windows and scare children.

They've got 40mm openings, but all the baffle kits on t'web are 48mm...

Anyone know of a baffle provider that might fit the bill? All suggestions welcome!
