Well will they or are the cambelt teeth a different shape?

The teeth are square on the early engines Raff, and rounded on the late ones - but you may be able to change all of the gears

Off set woodruff keys it is then

Vee Two in Australia make adjustable pulleys for the earlier engines, around £100.

offsey woodruff keys are cheaper.

Why should only need adjusting once. It a road engine.
