ok viewers of my last post lumpy motor may remember my ruff running s4 problems , well they got a whole lot worst last weekend put a new set of plugs in same as oneS already in it so i assumed all would be ok. me and buttercup decided to take the 2 dukes out for a run on saturday about 10 miles into the run when i got into some free road space opened up me old faithfull but as it hit 3000rpm it backfired , misfired you name it it fired it.
stoped cooled bike down tryed again 3000rpm same thing not happy so after a slow ride home in 6 th gear to stiop reving over 3000 rpm dropped bike of at local dealer and awaiting the news.
now i know its at a dealer being doctored back to life but has this happened to anyone else if so how was it cured?:worried:

Yep, duff TPS (about £130) would be my guess initially, or possibly a blocked fuel filter (about £7).
