Hi
I have a clear rear tailight with a 'normal' red bulb. Will I be able to just change the bulb for a LED one? If not does anyone know what wattage etc bulb I can use? Or even does anyone know a good source for the 'normal' red bulbs?
Thanks
John

These are good bits of kit, no more worrying about blown break light lamps

As above, very good and very bright, much better than a bulb

Would they work in a red casing to then? My rearbrake light keeps sticking on and it does my head in, then again I don't think the bulb is to blame as I took it apart and put the bulb in upside down, didn't realise there was a right and wrong way :dunce:

They work just fine in a red lense

S4 Tail light is 12V-5/21W Double Filament bulb for stop and parking lights; 12V-5W bulb for number plate light.

Thats as per the S4 workshop manual. Hope that helps.

Make sure you put it in the right way round (cos they have bulbs on both sides of the circuit board).
