I did that a while back, but it was after hitting something harder than rubber tyres.:grump:
Anyway, he's an amatuer, as I'm sure that when I did it, my 'exhust gases' were plainly visible, and the note very audible. Which is maybe why people didn't exactly rush over after 'the event'.:o
