I most certainly have NOT! Global knives are the king of all knives when it comes to chopping veg.

OK, googling that then. I am evidently not an expert on World of Knives, I will be back when I know a bit more.

I beg to differ and prefer my old Sebatiers - personal preference though innit.

Oops - sorry - hello and welcome knifebloke.

I swear by Pirelli Diablos and so do many others here - The Fast One has a deal at the moment - £145 or so for the pair including delivery.

I favour Pirelli Diablo Corsas personally, you need a 180 on the rear though as they don't do a 170, but they're a fairly narrow profile so handling not affected. Standard Diablos work well too, I like the Corsas cos I enjoy trackdays as well. Another option is the Michelin Pilot Power, had excellent reviews, avoid the Pilot Sports though.
Oh, and welcome!

Pirelli Diablos for sure - and what an intereting hobby you have - ought we to be scared? I think nonnie and I alreay are and if Mand can't find her glasses we'll be hiding behind her.....

I have two bikes and three bins full of dog food in mine. And a washer and a dryer. I think I might have the frame on the washer re-powdercoated as it is a bit old now.
