Congratulations!
Now it begins!
I am just in the process of having to kit my 6 & 7 year old boys out with full bike gear as "we can now reach the footrests dad, you promised....".
Bang goes my winter plans!

Congratulations mate (and Mrs. P) - does that make 3 lads? - if so you have my sympathies and commiserations as well as my free advice to stop now!!

Only joking, nice one, hope mother and baby are all doing well etc.

Well done to both of you hope all's well.

If you start the paddock bike project now it will be done by the time he's ready to ride it!

Nonnie and I have already the one daughter who has been on the back with us and wont be much longer before our other two are echoing your sons' pleas. Blimey best start shopping for some kit for our seven year old. He will be next to "touch down".

I nearly spat out my wine gums when I read the post about the mods.....so it got me thinking! Try these for size?

Congratulations and a hearty good nights sleep for you all.

Thanks everybody for your kind words and wishes. Everybody is well and the new addition is (still) unnamed. 6 lbs 2 and a bit ounces and devastatingly handsome and modest (just like his father, whoever he may be).

I now have two weeks paternity leave which is really nice as I have a tendency to overwork so it'll be nice to enjoy the simple pleasures of home life (at least for a while).

Hey, I was just practising. Now, I can do it for real ... ;)

Thanks again all and I'll post pics and planned mods later.
