misfire

Hi people, has anyone got any ideas, I went out on my, S4 nice ride no problems. Decided to change my hose clamps as some were going rusty, so I drained the coolant put the clamps on and refilled. Went out on the bike the next day and it was running lumpy, wanting to cut out at every junction and would only sort of run with the choke on, checked coolant, all ok. But now can barely get it to start and will only run with the choke on but runs lumpy and backfires.
Any suggestions on what I can check, I need the bike for monday.:worried:

I would start by checking the spark plugs as that should at least tell which cylinder is playing up. If all is well the centre electrode should be chocolate brown.

If you lifted the fuel tank to do your hose clamps check that you have not trapped or kinked one of fuels lines.
