What time are you meeting up and departing? Is it there and back in one day, no overnight stay? What time do you plan on arriving back? I've always fancied doing a foreign trip and the most foreign I've managed so far was Berwick last week.

Paul, last year I think we met at about 10am at Ower services, and arrived back home about 8 ish . i guess this year will be similar.

You ought to come along.

I am indeed representing the MMM this year, even gone and book into a New Forest Travel Lodge the evening before.

Al's coming on the VTR - I send my advance apologies. :chuckle:

I'm on the IOW that weekend anyway.
Is it ok if me and my mum meet you for lunch and then ride out with you in the afternoon? (on the BMW, sorry :D )

Is lunch at the Wight Mouse? And what sort of time will you be there?

I've just got to get out of going to the Reading Festival and I should be up for it. I was only going coz of Pearl Jam and as I haven't heard of any of the other bands (I heard Hendrix was playing but apparently he's dead so duff info there) I will probably off-load my ticket and come along.

Much appreciated, tolerance clearly another one of your many virtues

Hi - room for one more?

I'm down in Dorset that weekend visiting family, and weather permitting will be on my bike.

What sort of cost is the ferry, and where are you crossing from?

Cheers, Pete

Pedro

Crossing is from Lymington and is about £20 I think

If anybody is riding around the Fordingbridge area next weekend please feel welcome to pop in and say hello at the V Twin Rally. Organised by the Moto Guzzi Club GB, there will be plenty of Italian twins from other marques there and normally a fair few Monsters.

Might still be the odd ticket left if you wanted to camp over- please PM me if you want any more details.

Cheers

Guy

I am mortified. Thought at last a chance to meet other ukmoc members. Moved my service at moto rapido and I now have an in laws wedding anniversary to go to. What time is your ferry? I might wander down in the morning.
Have a great one

Bob,

We've had a slight change in our weekend plans, and I don't think we're going to be able to make it. Sorry!

Hope you all have good weather - have an ice cream for me (and a pint of beer for Rog).
