My 748 key is just about ready to snap so I sent the duchess of to town to get a copy from a reputable locksmith...
"oohhh we dont list a ducati one but this crapasaki one looks the same"
Unsurprisingly - it doesnt fit.
So - any ideas ?
Cheers

...Not wanting to state the bleedin' obvious but have you tried Ducati for a blank then take that to be cut?

Nat, Ducati sell blank keys for a fiver. I've got one spare at the moment (not got round to getting it cut yet) if you're desperate!

Mate they use Kawaski key blanks, let me get the code for you. Key cutters will have the Kwak blanks most don't know they fit the Ducs too.
Silca KW14P I got two cut for my '95 916 which are fine.
Got the one of ebay, got it cut, total price around £5.
