Option drop down has disappeared?

Where's the Option drop down menu gone from the top? Ya know the bit where you can see who's online, todays posts etc

I used that all the time :worried:

I've gone and had a little spring clean on the PC this morning and still this option is missing on my screen - what have I done :cry:

Found out what the problem was, my LAN settings had for some odd reason changed back to the rubbish default :confused:
