Banner Ads don't link to websites

This isn't that annoying, so much as I'm too lazy to retype the URLs!

(Just checked a bit further. It seems the banners on the homepage don't link. Other pages do.)

Can the banner ads link to the relevant websites, if they exist.

PS I'm using Firefox, so this might not be the case in IE.
