Hi people need an answer to a Q. I will be attending the track day but need to know if my hinged bmw lid is ok for the day it is the type used by the police so i dont see why not but can anyone confirm?

Sometimes organisers insist upon the helmet having a gold ACU sticker.

They probably won't check it anyway, but the risk is yours if you do not have an ACU approved lid.

all td's we've done so far have wanted full face acu gold stickered ones.
Only exception to that was a 'vintage' TD session we watched last year.

those nice people at ACU are so helpful

on my way up to the track day I can call in at there offices in Rugby whereupon they will put on a sticker for me as they have checked their records and the BMW fliplid is approved woohoo an expence spared considering I had to gop out and buy a set of leathers this weekend this track day better be worth it
