I've already swapped out the 15T front sprocket for a 14T, and it makes a pretty noticeable difference

Just wondering if anyone has done both - the 14T front and also increasing the rear by one or two?

Top end will be down and you might want to pad the front of your crash hat with something soft if you change the back as well as the front! :chuckle:

I upped the rear by 4 teeth and apparently its the same as downsizing the front by 1. So doing both is gonna be like drag racing at Santa Pod everywhere you go!! It would certainly scare the crap out of the Jap street fighter red light racing brigade!!

I wouldn't, you'll limit the bike's top speed to around 90 and be forever changing gears!
