Could anyone recommend a good degreaser to clean Beelzebub properly please?

I gave him a really good clean today. So good in fact that I used 2.5 litres of Muc-Off getting him all nice and shiny again!! The problem I have is that around the bottom of the engine and on some of the other alloy parts, I couldn't get the oil off. No matter what I did it just seemed to smear rather than come off. Most annoying seeing as I spent over 2 hours getting him dirt free!!

Thanks

Phil

.....WD40 or 3 in 1 oil on a rag works every time

Or get someone else to do it while you watch and have a beer :D

I use Gunk and I've tried some degreaser stuff from Muc-off. Both work well.
