Just a quick one, like I have heard many others mention in the past, the ride height of the S2r seems to lean you forward quite a bit, which can get more than a little uncomfortable.....so......the solution.
Fit Multistrada bars, they go straight on (you need to cut 1" off each side) but the overall effect is fantastic, I will get some pictures later.
Moral of the story, is that if you get the hand tingles....this is the mod for you ;)
Later keemosabes (sp)

Would like to see a picture please. Was thinking of raising my S2R1000 bars, but there doesn't seem to be any play on the hydraulics, so don't think that would work. How much are Multistrada bars btw?
And which model Multistrada, the 1000? the 2006 or earlier? Part numbers are different....
Cheers, Stu

Hmm,I'm trying to make mine lower as I dont think I have enough weight on the front which gives me that vague feeling through some bends occaisionally,.
I think its the angle rather than the height though.
You can also turn them upside down apparantly.

Having only done 1200Km's on mine, I'm still not completely used to it . One of the things I found was that on a fast-ish ride out the front felt good, the back felt as if it was bouncing across the road sometimes and someone pointed out that when I was on the power, the chain was slapping around wildly, although it's within recommended adjustment limits. Wondering if my rear suspension is too hard? (this is not the reason for changing bars btw)
