Your force is quite biker friendly and this doesnt surprise me.

They are also one of the few forces still with a bike division and this kind of interaction with the public is all a part of keeping that division going.

I had to attend a 'course' in Exeter a few months ago for speeding bikers. The idea of the course was to let a Psychologist from the University reprogramme your riding and make you go slower.
A copper who was Head of their bikes division sat in on the course to observe / help and answer any questions. He was definitely a good bloke.

The slowest speed referral on the course was 89mph, the fastest 121mph. At the end of it we all walked away with no further action against us, no points etc and it only cost £80.

Definitely an OK bike division down in Devon.
