Bouncy rear end

Hi, I took the girlfriend out on the back of the bike last night for the 1st time, All went well and she really enjoyed it. But the rear felt as though it was under damped.
Its an 06 S2R 1000. Which screws do i twiddle and in which direction?

You'll probably want to increase the spring preload a little (big nut on top of the spring) and perhaps a little more compression damping (I'm assuming the S2R1000 has seperate compression and rebound adjustment).
