Brackets for RR Bellpan

Anyone know where I can get the bracketry to fix this bellypan http://www.spareshack.com/cgi-bin/browse-no-frames.cgi?session=18920394&view=item&item=moncf028anblk_rrbpan to the bike? Looks like i've got the front one & one side, but am missing the other side!

Stu at Spareshack reckons making some up is the best idea.
