Last weekend, a mate (Stu) bought a bike from Ducati Manchester and has been really sold down the tubes. The bikes a 996 (I know) and he hiked all the way from Scotland for it. When he arrived the bike wasn't ready and lacked several items that were advertised as part of the deal. He was treated very badly by the staff and was shown a total lack of respect. Not the kind of welcome I promised he'd received into the Ducastisi world. As of today, Trading Standards are now involved and legal action may follow. Not very good customer service has been my experience with DM, best advice would have been to go to Italsport in Bury, good guys and excellent service.

Might be worth chatting to Martyn (Two Dukes) as the Manchester DOCGB person he seems to know the DM guys well enough and may be able to help.:idea:
