I am thinking of having a splash plate produced which will sit between the oil cooler and the underside of the radiator on the S4RS to protect the ignition coil and rocker cover on the front cylinder head from muck and bullets. Is there any other owner of a similar model that would be interested in such a part? I am thinking of something in aluminium that will bolt securely to the oil cooler mounting points. I had toyed with the idea of converting the vee panel from a 999 to fit, but the attachment points would mean a new rocker cover from that bike and the spacing is different so that idea is out the window.
