Its the National Bikesafe Day / Show with a very good line up of stands and all the major manufacturers including Ducati. http://www.ducati.com/od/ducatiuk/events/detail.jhtml?eventId=5583

Think I will be there Saturday but that may be Sunday and theres a few others going too so....................

12 Noon both days - Any club members wanting to meet, get to the Ducati uK stand at 12 noon and look for familiar or lost faces in the throng.

I'll try to make it on one of those days!
Also worth pointing out that most manufacturers will have their demo bikes there, so if you take your licence along (both parts) you can book a test ride on pretty much anything, and whilst out on you're ride you're followed by a bike cop who gives an assessment of your riding and tips on improving.

What is this about driving licences in 2 parts?

Mine seperated in about 1982 and I sellotaped it back together but surely this cant happen to everyone.

What's this bike test i keep hearing about? And do I have to have a licence now? Talk about a nanny state.
I am planning to go up on Sunday but don't think I'll be on the Monster yet. Far too eartly in the season. Hopefully see some of you there.

Got along to Saturdays show and despite a crap weather forecast it remained pleasant all day till JR, Jo amd myself were in the pub at tea time when the heavens opened.

Show was good and well supported by the public, manufacturers and dealers. Even better was every camera van and bike cop in the county on duty at the show making the roads a pleasanter place.

Lots of police escorted test rides and assesments if you wanted them, bands were good as was the trials riding show.

Considering it was all for free, I say well done to the organisera and get along if you can tomorrow.

I was there yesterday but didn't arrive until 1:00 so missed you all. Still, it was a good show, and as mentioned above, the entry fee was very good value for money. It was a better show than last year and I hope it goes on to get bigger and better each year.
We were already signed up to do the Bikesafe course later this month but it was good to see some of the police bikes that we shall be racing against.:D
