If I finish work early enough I might try and get there....travelling up from Flixton, Manchester but don't moan about grubby little Monster and the obvious copious amounts of oil spewing from my forks.

What sort of time are you meeting from?

I'm from Farnworth (Little Lever really) but my best mate lived in Westhoughton and my ex boyfriend was from Atherton - I moved away 20 years ago, although I still have family up there.

Well I got home late past 9 and thought "sod it I fancy a pint!"

Don't know how I did it but got lost????? Straight past the pub at the end of roundabout down into Westhoughton asked the question to a local on how to get there and was told the Red Lion was in Hindley so went there and still couldn't find it................well I wouldn't co's it weren't there was it?

Nice ride though. Even got home just before the rain got heavier.

Must make a note of the directions next time.

Sorry, should have been more specific, the Red Lion is on the A6 on the corner of Manchester and St Helens road, you went passed it !!!!

Was a good night again,20 odd peope there good laugh, next one should see plenty of bikes, subject to weather of course.

Not playing out for the next couple of weeks but after that we will get out there. May be on my fully faired Monster on a nice day (748).

Not to worry I was looking for bikes but didn't see any tried a few spins around a couple of pub car parks and not a sausage was found. Will try and get to the next one might even wash the bike just for it but no chance of a polish as the rust looks quite attractive now next to the silver and canary yellow!
