Double headlight unit wanted for a '97 M600. Ideally one that will fit into the standard bracket.

If you are on about the Streetfighter style twin unit, they are as cheap as chips. Seen them going on ebay, and some of the mail order shops for around £40. Other than that there are loads of twin headlamp sets available, it just depends what your budget is TBH :spin:

There was a shop selling pairs for £40 + P&P, but I think they all went. This is the cheapest I've found so far, and there are plenty of others in the £70-£80 bracket.
I paid about £60 for mine from M&P - but that was for 2 single bottom mounts. I think Busters are also flogging them cheap at the moment judging from the price I saw at the Ally Pally show.

The ones on ebay I posted the link to work out at £54.44 incl P&P. The price M&P quote £65.99 will be plus P&P, which I think is an extra £4.95

Thats the ones, and not a bad price but the postage is a bit steep. No way would that cost a tenner to post - I get really cheesed off with ebayers adding on silly postage rates to bump up the sale price
The "Dominator" twin headlamp is sold under different tags but is basically the same unit. Just bear in mind that it's safer to wire it in through relays, as 110watts is a bit much for the standard switchgear to cope with. I've seen 2 Jap bikes with knackered on/off or dip switches due to not using any relays.
Heres a shot of some twins - one on standard brackets and the other using aftermarket jobbies...
