will fit into frame, its only when you start putting sbk or fuel inject engines in that you will need mods to take plumbing and different bits and pieces.
try and get the loom and bits and bobs when you get engine this will make the transition easier

In addition you might also want to consider replacing the swing arm and rear wheel as the 900 rear wheel is wider than the 600, although the 900 engine will fit ok (carbed, of course). Incidently my bike started life as a 600 to 900 project but to this day remains a 600. Have you given any consideration to how your going to stop the thing or have you already upgraded brakes and suspension? I decided to do all the brake and suspension work first and never got round to the engine !

The M600 is currently on a 680 bore
748 swingarm & suspension
748 Exhaust
748 Biposto Tail cowling
38 Mikuni Carb w Fatory fro jeting
Dyna Coil
Alloy Flywheel
Dual Front Brakes (M900 Fork n Dual Disc Brake)
Rear Brake still the same ( changing to Honda CBR929 rear pump cyclinder or others)

I am very keen into converting to M900

what are the other bits n pieces i need to do ?

If i were to get a M900 Engine can i just Plug and Play ??

Pls advise

this is my bike with 916 engine

the swinging arm will be more of a problem as swinging arm with not fit over a 900 engine you need to machine casing down by from memory 32 mm but it can be done
bits a nd piices as much of the 900 regulator fuse the more you get the easier it will be

need to pull out the bearings that are in the casings and mill off some off one side and some off the other side because the swinging will not fit over the casing with out it i will find out how much and off what side for you

So which means the engine casing of the monster 900 need to send from grinding? am i rite ?? if thats the case can i say that u need to strip the whole engine and do the grinding and build it up back again.

you can do it useing a milling machine, set the engine up on blocks level remove the right amount, then turn the engine over and do the same again

i will take note of that .... so the only concern here is miling to the 900 engine and the rest is done ??

is there any other things need to change ? like the wire hardness, cdi, rectifier, starter relay ?

if a S4R engine is avalaible ..... can i do the same setup ?? im still hunting for a good engine ....

if u have any one who wanna sell their engine pls let me know .

Thanks
