When you say engine bolts do you mean the case bolts?
If so, I have a list....

Sory should of made cleaer... Frame to engine bolts. Those chunky fellas behind the rubber bungs.

The front bolt on my 900 is a very long one that goes right through both mounts with a nut on the end. Think the size is about M12 but they do vary between model, and some use M10 instead.
I replaced mine with a the stud/alloy nuts supplied with the cyclecat crash bungs I fitted last year.
