Homeless Hose?

Can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a hose coming out of the bottom of the airbox?

I have found a hose [air vent I think] that is strapped to the bike but not actaully attached to anything.

Then I noticed there's a hole in the bottom of the airbox [see photo] and wondered whether it was supposed to come from there?

The airbox does have a drain hose, the picture attached is for a S4R but I'm sure it's not too different from other monsters. Looks like the end of your hose has lost the groved retaining section.

Yes, that hose should indeed be attached to the airbox.
