S4R/S2R DP Steering Damper kit f/s

:running: Hi chaps,

I've got a customer who has a DP Steering damper kit (pn 979300237) for sale. He's changed the top yolk on his bike so it doesn't fit now. I haven't seen the kit but his bike is immaculate so I imagine the S/damper will be like new.

The retail for £322, so make me a sensible(?) offer, and I'll pass it on to him.

(I'm posting this a favour to him, as he hasn't got access to a 'pooter)

What is the electrical attachment.I've never seen a steering damper with power going to it before?

I think its something to do with the imobiliser,some sort of pickup for the key, my S4 had the same sort of wire attatched. Fitted this damper to the S4R a few weeks ago, takes about an hour, if you do buy it and you need the fitting instructions I've got a set!
