So what sort of person are you, do you send one to every person you know and work with? I see these people at work with dozens of cards, am i missing the point here or are they just idiots?
I get annoyed by people who send cards to anyone who sent them one, what is the point of that? If you want to send a card to someone then it will be done, if one doesn't appear then there's usually a good reason, no point changing your mind.
I send a select few out to those I want to and email others where i have no address or just feel a bit to stingy to post to ;) As for the ones I get, only those i think were 'chosen' to be sent make it to my fireplace, the rest of the work colleagues i don't like and relatives i haven't seen for 10 years or don't even know fail to make it out of the envelope, I just bend it to see who its from, spend a bit of time thinking "do i know these people?" and then they get filed in the appropriate place :D I've just binned a dozen, but they are due for re-cycling so not all a waste.

So what sort of card person are you.

My Christmas card from Dave says..........

BAH HUMBUG

SCREW CHRISTMAS... (and inside it says)

...only joking, have a deep and meaningful Christmas, the best one ever, a Christmas you'll remember for years, only joking...

SCREW CHRISTMAS

Hehe, I feel rather honoured to have got this from the grumpy man himself.

I haven't written a single one this year (or last year, or any other come to think of it)

My long-suffering wife deals with that sort of thing don't y'know?

Top of the pointless list are cards from work colleagues who you see every day (who or whom?)

The others just act as a reminder of another year gone by without seeing so and so & wotsit.
Let's face it, if you really wanted to see them you would have made the effort!

Next are the cards you get from businesses hoping to get inside your wallet at some stage in the future.

I love to see my daughter's excitement on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, but why does it have to go on for so bloody long?

It's like some film that's been so hyped, when you eventually see it, it's inevitably a disappointment!

Dont see the point in them!! guy next to me at work wrote out a card for me whilst sitting next to me and then handed me the card I promptly tippex'd out the To and from names, changed them round and handed it back to him thanking him for destroying a tree on my behalf. He wasnt amused and actually looked quite hurt.... dont know why!? my jesture was almost as meaniful as his!

p.s. I dont send card at all
